Hello Good Hunter!

I trust you're all well! I'm thrilled to let you know that despite a tiny detour with Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt, I'm back on track and ready for our  pirate compendium to continue!

It's true—the Eldritch Hunt did throw a few curveballs my way. There was a bit of a fight with Romanian customs to get the samples to my doorstep and a fair share of late-night proof-reading sessions and important meetings.

(Turns out being in Europe and having American providers can cause scheduling conflicts worse than trying to schedule a D&D game with my buddies.)

Back to our pirates.

Your creativity with name suggestions last time truly blew me away. I'm still considering the options but rest assured, the final choice will be revealed shortly!

For today's content: we have two new races for 5e! Introducing the Bloodjaw and the Depthfolk!

The Bloodjaw are shark-like creatures possessing a strength to match their terrifying demeanor, who will rend their foes apart with their fearsome jaws.

As for the Depthfolk, they've stepped straight from the decks of Davy Jones' Ship! Denizens of the depths, these intriguingly mutated beings would be right at home on the Flying Dutchman!

I hope you'll enjoy these new additions as much as I do!

Oh, and a little heads up: brace yourselves for a tempest of new spells coming your way tomorrow!

Take Care!

Was the Hidden Depthfolk supposed to get +1 to Dexterity instead of Intelligence or was that intentional? Really cool races by the way!

These races look awesome, you also spelt the title for depthfolk wrong,
