Ran this as tonight as our current campaign was put on hold over the holidays. Went down really well.

Ran this for my group over the Holiday break. It went very smoothly, nice straight forward adventure. My only feedback is there didn't seem like there was an explanation on how to handle equipment. There is a DM notes that suggests to use improvise weapons like snowballs, but that didn't seem to track with me in terms of dealing with the final act. I did work in an extra encounter where the party discovered a red sleigh with toy weapons. That was the only little hiccup, but other wise this was well done. I never ran a pre-made adventure before (only home brew settings) and it was fun to dabble in this style of DM'ing.
