Monster - Orc Elementalist (Patreon)

New monsters for a potential future compendium. I'm running into some mechanical issues with the commandments so I touched briefly on other ideas to get my inspiration back.

In the meantime enjoy this very fun monster. If everyone enjoys it, I'll make a  couple of shaman monsters as well. These can lead to some very fun encounters.
