Small Sy Model Update (Patreon)

I don't know if anyone out there is curious about this kind of thing, but in case you are... I did a thing!

I am working on the stuff I'm supposed to be working on, honest, but I'm waiting for replies for approval so there's not much I can do right now. In the meantime, I decided to make a few small tweaks to the Sy model. Sy was one of the first models I ever made- so early in fact, that I made an entire second new Sy model some time later (which is the one we're seeing here), and even that one is pretty old at this point, at least in comparison to my abilities now. She had some rough spots that were starting to bug me, and I have some time on my hands while I wait, so I gave her a few tweaks. I'd have to make another new model from scratch to really fix everything, but I think she's doing a little better now.

Tweaked the proportions- she's a little more filled out now, though I did make her breasts a little smaller. The head shape got a lot of tweaking, and the hair probably got the most work. I did notice after making this image that the old hair looked a little better from the side angle, so I went back and made a slight tweak to that already, but I think in every other way the new hair is better. Especially from behind, that was real problematic. Somehow that escaped my notice until the recent still image I posted of Kat and Sy together. That said, it has lost a little bit of it's "punk" now, I might have to go give it one more little tweak so see if I can bring that back a little.

Added some subsurface scattering to the body and fur, which basically acts to smooth the texture out a little bit. Also, at some point some things got a little bit messed up, not sure how that happened but I went through and fixed those. Her piercings got her little pink tips back, and her eyes were entirely the wrong colour??? Whatever, fixed now.

Anyway, as I said not perfect, but a bit better than before I think. I decided to do this now because I have a little thing I want to make with Sy soon, so it seemed like a good time. If I'm still waiting for replies tomorrow we'll probably see it then, but if not I'll just do it as soon as I get some time. In the meantime... happy easter I guess!
