I actually managed to make myself do something I should be doing instead of just doodling chinchillas all day! If you count working on my other personal project as what I should be doing...

Took me waaaay longer than it should have to get the lighting down on this one (we're talking hours of just moving lights around and changing their colours... hours) but I think I finally have it in a good place. The background is subject to tweaks as I work on the various animations and see it from the various different angles the camera will pick up, but this is a good base that I can start working with for now.

I wanted a setting that felt like a natural place for some boinkin', but wasn't a bedroom, or at least, I didn't want them on a bed because absolutely fuck trying to get all the physics of a bed to loop properly. Hell no. But I also didn't want anything dungeony because what I have in my head will have a fairly even power dynamic (dungeons really lend themselves best to power play), so I ended up with this sort of... "sex room"? I don't know what else I'd call it. It's a room full of stuff to make for interesting fucks. And a few chairs for inviting guests over to watch while they wait for their turn.

I want a room like this in my house someday.

Oh, I suppose I should mention that these are the characters I've pretty much settled on for this project. Who else could it be, really? I wanted a male and a female, and these have to be my most popular of those particular genders at the moment, seems like the obvious choice.

At this point, barring the aforementioned minor tweaks to BG stuff, all that's left to do is animating! Lots and lots of animating. So much animating...

Figured I'd show a quick render since this is the first actually visual part of this project to happen, so a bit of a milestone!

Can’t wait to see the result!

These two make a great pairing ;)

There seems to be a bit of a 'thing' going on between these two, which I've developed completely by accident. Kinda fun though. Also that size difference, mmm. x3

Okay so first off, it usually takes skilled animators a full day or two to do lighting and composition, so I think you're -way- ahead of the curve if you feel like you were dragging your feet to do it in a number of hours! Secondly, "Hi my name is Ru and I built and rendered an entire room for my animation because I wanted to," I mean, heck man! Your ability to get stuff done so damn fast is incredible. And finally, I totally ship this pairing with everything in my being! Maybe the only alternative that I would like more would be BFCT and Gale, but that's only because of my personal preferences, and I think Sy has grown more of a connection with him from a 'story' perspective. I'm always happy to see our big friend shove himself to the hilt in little squirmy things :3 Really excited for this! I think you're going to knock it out of the park, and blow everyone away in the process.

To be fair, those animators usually have to do a lot more than just a single scene from a single angle I suspect, but I appreciate the compliment all the same, haha. Thanks man! The room is largely recycled assets from other backdrops I've made so it came together physically fairly quickly. The chairs, tables, most of the toys hanging on the rack, the cuffs on one of the tables, all stuff I had made from earlier. The milker sitting on the floor and the hitachi in the background are both made by someone else... really the only thing of significance I made for this was the chair they're on. Saves a lot of time in putting together a room! The lighting was just... man, I was struggling. I'm not sure why but my brain just couldn't work it out, haha. Ah well, got there in the end! As they say... "Be the change you want to see in the world". Maybe it's time to suggest some BFCT x Gale this month? :P

What a splendid idea to set BFCT on poor Gale~ You say that they have a lot more to do, but I watched an animator this month (and a very good one who used to work in the industry before going freelance) spend 3 weeks on a 4.5 second scene with one character. It came out amazingly, but again: One angle, one character, lighting alone took 2.5 days. All for 4.5 seconds of finished animation. So I think you're selling yourself a -little- short :P And also, part of the skill is prefab. Having assets you can use on a moment's notice, being able to compose an entire unique set with very minimal on-demand work. Efficiency is an indicator of skill combined with forethought!

It sounds like you're describing a kink playspace. Look forward to seeing more of this!
