When Jessie Gender's video about Matt Walsh was flagged and taken down by him for "explicitly sexualizing someone without consent," she appealed it via YouTube's system initially and was slapped down with contempt. It wasn't until she reached out to Nebula, which she's also partnered with, that YouTube had any interest in giving her video any serious review. They actually reversed the otherwise permanent "three strikes" flag that would've been on her account. But they refused to allow the original video back up. Not that Nebula itself is perfect, but all that is to say have you considered becoming a partner with Nebula yourself? I think that every episode of the Jimquisition is the highest quality content. It deserves better.

I don't think Conrad's account of the Dolphin/Steam situation is accurate. Evidently, Nintendo did not simply make a DMCA takedown request after the fact, but rather Valve reached out to Nintendo for comment on whether it would be okay to publish it and Nintendo said "no, this emulator decrypts wii games using a proprietary key and is therefor unlawful." I think pirating Wii and GameCube games is fine personally, but it's more interesting a story than presented.
