I had a Patreon/Discord issue too. I added my Discord to my Patreon account and it immediately added me to I think 7 different Discords because they were attached to creators I supported. I'd been a member of two before this. I was utterly bewildered when I opened up Discord, I thought I'd been hacked or something.

I've just come to terms with the fact that I'll have some weirdness with Discord+Patreon. I've been auto added to new Discord servers several times so I wasn't surprised at all. I'm glad most folks were cool about it.
