Okay so, this probably isn't either realistic or helpful, I'm just curious: Hypothetically, if someone were a victim of one of these NFTs, and it was presented in a particular spiteful way, could one sue for defamation? Moreover, what would happen if you sued not the original seller, but the "current" "owner" of the NFT, since they are claiming to have "ownership" of that defamatory piece? EDIT: Just so I'm clear, I don't think this would happen. But it's just another example of how completely detached from reality NFTs are.
