And if the game you're playin' got microtransaction too, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon. - Pink Floyd probably.

I really did love that series. But 3 was such a haphazard mess, and then Hardline, what the actual fuck was that even? It's a shame EA continues to have success even though its clear they have no idea what they are doing.

Like arcticfox said, the series became messy towards the end. When a game does well it always seems to cause a lot of pressure and lack of time on the developers when creating a sequel. Honestly, if the creators didn't have such ridiculous deadlines and had time to breathe I'm sure the games would be even better!

Hey Jim, loving these videos lately. I thought I might post a bit of "inspiration" for you--I heard this story on NPR the other day and thought "Well, that shit's been going on in the games industry for years!" http://www.npr.org/2017/10/20/559113253/reporter-pulls-blanket-off-cozy-ties-between-mattress-companies-and-reviewers

Great work Jim, more like this please.

Just watched this video. I'm surprised you didn't mention the fact that the iOS/Android game (or as I call it "The real Dead Space 3") has been yanked from the stores. It disappeared when EA removed all their premium games from the app stores, and now the only way to get your hands on it is piracy. Too bad. It's a worthy member of the series.
