I set the oven to 450 F, cut up tofu, put it on a baking sheet, spray oil on it, and put it in the oven for 20 mins.

Make rice.

Put two bags of frozen mixed stir fry veggies in the microwave (the kind meant to go in the microwave)

Put the tofu and veggies together, and add jarred teriyaki sauce.

Put rice in a bowl, and the tofu and veggies over it!

Ashamed to admit I don't even have a full recipe, I just make some of those frozen chicken nuggets in the toaster oven. I gotta learn ti cook; It'd be so useful to learn.

4-ingredient chicken pesto pasta: - boneless, skinless chicken thighs - shredded mozzarella cheese - a jar of basil pesto - your choice of pasta (I prefer penne) preheat oven (I use a toaster oven) to 350 degrees F slice chicken thighs into strips or chunks in a small baking pan, spread a layer of pesto set aside a bowl of about the same amount of pesto for later add chicken to baking pan spread a layer of pesto on top of chicken from the set-aside bowl (NOTE: Do not double dip into the pesto jar - this is raw chicken!) put in oven to bake for 30 minutes (or until chicken internal temp is 165 degrees F) while chicken is baking, cook pasta according to package instructions take baked chicken out of oven to top with generous amount of shredded mozzarella put back in oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted Serve by scooping a generous portion of chicken/pesto/cheese over a portion of pasta

Pasta bakes! Make some pasta, cook up veggies (I like using butternut squash as a primary veggie) and sausage or bacon. Mix it all together, throw cheese on top and toss it all in the oven for like 10-15 minutes. Its my favourite thing and super easy to make.
