Hey everyone!

I've finished part 1 of chapter 99 and handed it over to my editors and getting stuck into part 2. I'm aiming to complete it by the end of the month, so only a few more days to go! :-)

I briefed an artist on the coverart I want for eBook4 a couple of weeks ago, so I'm hoping he'll have that ready for me soon. If it ends up late, I'll aim to have two art pieces commissioned for February.

EBook 3 is in progress and I'm about half way through editing it. It took me a lot longer than the previous chapters for some reason, but I hope to get it finished for the end of February.

Normally I am more than content to wait for a full chapter release, but I have had an excessively bad week (Lost a 3rd relative in 6 months, almost fired for an accident I had nothing to do with, my truck literally stuck in my garage) Would you be up to releasing pt1, Tefler? Same here Suck, had to put down one of our cats, freezer died and the tech they sent to fix it didn’t get with us until 5dahs later despite us calling and leaving messages, dryer died and yesterday my girlfriend was in a rearmed collision as the one at fault. Dennis, my understanding is that the second physical book WILL have the cover of the first book, but at the same time, the first book will be getting a new cover for those buying it forward. So, consider your 'old' copy of book 1 to be a collector's edition. There were a few generations of physical book 1, as I understand it, and I'm proud and happy to have one of the very first copies of the first edition of the first book. I plan to get all the physical books as they come out, and then, to get a full set (boxed, Tefler?) of the final versions, so I'll have the set to be kept and the set to read.

Glib Subject for the day, Apologies to All! 10 out of 10 people die, simple fact! And I know that nobody plans on meeting the Maker Tomorrow, but it does happen unexpectedly to a lot of people. In business you can purchase key man insurance. We as a community have made major commitments to this story , both emotionally, time, and energies. Tefler, Would it be to much to ask that before you work on your next ebook that you create a story arc outline that you keep passworded on your computer with instructions that in the event you leave this physical world your estate will post the story arc’s or give them to someone to fill in the blanks and keep your legacy alive. Sorry for being the selfish pragmatist in the group, however one of my past careers has been a Disaster Recovery Planner for Major Organizations and it was my job to ensure that the organization survived in the event of a major loss. Iron Lance, Think about it, @ two chapters a month each at one TSM day-ish per chapter and let's say five months until the girls get babies - that is 150 chapters or 10 years-ish. Book 2 I am willing to bet will start with Jumps from Babies, to teen years of the kids. Remember that John and the Girls are basically immortal and will not age going forward. It is a great big universe. I have postulated that this area of the Universe is effectively the “Training Grounds / Summer Camp” for John’s progenitor family and I can see many more Progenitors in the Universe. Tefler has done a great job showing how John is different, Feeding all of his girls, John is creating a knowledge superstructure like none of the other progenitors if we assume the theory that progenitors do not share is consistent in the Universe. I can imagine that with John’s feedings of the Crew will continue to manifest more / stronger powers. I especially see the Grand Engineering Overlord unlocking many more Progenitor and Progenitor+ Secretes of the universe. I can also see Irillith evolving and being able to create more AI’s over the next two TSM years. Anybody not think that the Tribute Statutes from the Ashanath are foreshadowing of a Gort like entity the becomes the “Police of the Universe” and John and Crew travel and help change the universe. I can see the Lion Fleet armada heading out and brining peace to the Universe, Policing the other Progenitors and enforcing a message like the “Day the Earth Stood Still” - “This is not YOUR Earth!” Also, People never stop growing and we all know that there is always someone stronger in the Universe. Lion Armada: Invictus III 5000M Dreadnought 20 200M AI Cruiser Drones in hangers Nova Lance and Mass Drivers 10 Raptor Class ships 3 Carriers 3000M Carrier Class Ships 100 Each AI Large Fighter Drones - Beam and Quantium Heavy Canons 3 Mech Carriers 3000M Mech Carriers Class ships 200 Valkyrie Class Mech’s AI - Drones 10 3000M Freighters 50% of Capacity bringing trading materials 2 Mobile Ship Yards 8000M Traveling Ship yards that can also build Trade Stations. 100 Pocket Dreadnaught Battle Cruisers for Fleet Defense 1500M AI Controlled The Big Question is the staffing of the ships. I wonder if there is anyway that Tefler can go back and tag Jedi's weapon posts so that they are not lost? Of course tagging Jedi's post takes time away from writing TSM, so I am conflicted of what I would rather Tefler do. Jedi did a great job I hate seeing wasted effort.

Really looking forward to the moment when Faye has the realization about her mortality being tied to the server and then she has a discussion with John and the Grand Engineering Overlord about beefing up the security / strength / protection around her Server. I can see some 12X Crystal Alyssium, 2 feet thick, separate redundant power cores, Separate Shields, and 4 Valkyrie Mech’s as guards. The Chamber is sealed and the Mech’s are on the outside. Maybe even stealth capabilities in the event it is ejected from the ship. OK Community, another juicy tidbit . . .

Day 13, Not sure how much longer I can hold on, it’s bad this time. The tremors have started again. Usual coping methods are not working any longer. Rereading past chapter only eases the pain for a few minutes. The peace of mind that usually comes from over the comments section, just reminds me more than ever what is missing. At least I know I am not suffering alone. There are other, so many others. I try to stay busy, keep the mind occupied. The comfort I once received from from working on electronic systems. Now leads to imagining what upgrades Dana would make. No help there. Exercise and working out just leads to re-enacting sparing session with Calara and Sakura. Came upon my beautiful wife in the closet yesterday. With her long long beautiful blonde hair and tight toned body. For an instant I almost called her Alyssa, would have had some explaining to do there. Went for a run today, through the trees. The shadows play tricks on the eyes, around every corner I swear there is a Drakar or a Kintark. I know it’s just my imagination playing tricks on me. But knowing doesn’t stop the madness. Was cleaning out the garage today. Moved some boxes and a cricket jumps out. Was sure the Krix were invading. Friends, family, they don’t understand. But the others who follow John Blake and the crew of the Invictus. They would understand. Sometimes I think I can hear their voices. Whispering through my mind. I know it’s them. There is a connection between us all. It’s times like these, through the long dry periods between chapters when I hear them the loudest. I search for them. Just have not found my way to the Ashanath sub plane where all of the faithful are searching for. The blissful paradise where Tefler wondrous universe exist. It is out there, i believe, we all believe. One day we will find it. Until such a time the struggle continues. Only faith can get us through the dark times. But how long can faith and hope last. Here I sit, It is Monday Morning. 2.5+ Days until the Release of the next chapter. Over the weekend I procrastinated by filling my time watching the comments sections and posting several hopefully provocative posts so I could distract myself from the pain of the withdrawal. As so many above and below have pointed out, what a fucking waste, it only solves the problem during the writing, and that is only a minor satisfaction compared to getting a new chapter. Drowning my sorrows in Beer on Saturday was useless, between passing out all I could do was hit refresh in the comments section hoping for some little fix. The Hangover on Sunday did nothing but make me take a couple of naps in-between feeling miserable while awaiting a refresh and hopefully something from JFL, Jedi, GrandPaM. or the many others dealing with this addiction, Fuck, I would be happy to hear from Crazy The irony is that I have a bunch of work to do in-order to keep a roof over my head and I have been procrastinating on those tasks due to my own issues in my personal life and TSM has always been a great outlet. However, The Chapter’s slowing in pace, Which I am very happy about because the character development is great and the story arc’s are great is only making matters worse. My Challenge is that this amazing Author has created such an engaging story and it has become a fixation. Even worse, with a little intellect and based upon past works of Tefler, we can be assured that the story is just becoming more exciting and intriguing and will remain that way over the next 40-100 chapters before it is time to get this girls pregnant. In Human time 1-4 years more of this self inflected torture if WE ARE LUCKY AND PRAY TEFLER KEEPS UP HIS AMAZING WORK AND DOES NOT LOOSE HIS MUSE! How Fucked up is it that I get angry at the scroll bar at the side of the screen as I read the Chapters because the little fucker is moving too fast towards the end of this chapter. And now I am becoming disenchanted with the sex scenes and some of the story arcs because I am seeing some repetition with not much differentiation in the sex scenes and the fights in the dojo. It is clear that John is not satisfying the girls daily and that the girls are taking care of each other from time to time. Let’s Mix it up a little bit. How about covering some of the time with Dana and Jade / Rachel in Engineering. Would really love to see a scene where Dana comes up behind Rachael and pulls down her pants and worships her ass and eats her out from behind. How about watching the internal Dialog of the Grand Engineering Overlord creating new devices? How about Faye with the boys? Being a Fly on the wall for part of the day. I know that you have so many story arcs ongoing and many would feel this is a distraction from the main story arc of the battle about to unfold. That being said, you have set the groundwork for something going on with the boys. Also, this could be a point when Faye wants better shielding for her computer core. Again, another delaying story arc, however, and interesting one. We have not had any of John or Alyssa’s psychic training scenes in may chapters. Just the Rants of a Fuck-Nuts who is failing in life on so many levels. Praying that all of you may find some relief from your addictions. The 5 stages of grief and loss are: 1. Denial and isolation; 2. Anger; 3. Bargaining; 4. Depression; 5. Acceptance. People who are grieving do not necessarily go through the stages in the same order or experience all of them. As I try to occupy myself to keep from breaking up the furniture as question popped up . Buckingham has been desperately looking for someway to undermine or control John . He has all his records &amp; those of his Mother Jessica so why hasn't he thought of trying to get her . As far as he knows she on Arcadia ,possibly with John's father . If he could get her for a show trial for murder &amp; treason they could try to smear John by association &amp; not knowing how powerful a Progenitor is might think that since he seems weak &amp; vulnerable just sitting there he might think he could control one of these "superior &amp; powerful aliens" John was warning them about . Also he knows from the records that at least part of his ship is there &amp; at least still functioning at the time , so it might have tech they can "appropriate" . Just seems if the High Command was so desperate that's something that should have come up . At the time I think the High Command quarantined Arcadia because of fear of interacting with a powerful &amp; possible hostile alien race but since nothing has happened I'm sure Buckingham might think it was worth the risk. Just a thought .

Arcadia is now deep inside Kirrix space. The Terran Federation has difficulty keeping the Kirrix out of their own territory, and in fact, they've lost planets to them on multiple occasions, even when aided by all the other races that they're now rather hostile with, since they've refused aid in return, or now have hostile relations with, such as the Kintark, Brimorians, Ashanath and the Trankarrans. Remember, the Galactic Council (or League, or whatever the term was) that was mentioned earlier, had all agreed to act together against the Kirrix incursions, and to the best of my knowledge, that's what happened the last time the Kirrix were driven back. Buckingham's situation is that the Terran Federation no longer has any allies, and has hostile relations with former allies, so he can't divert the force necessary to even protect their outer planets, much less send a successful mission deep into Kirrix-held space. Remember, that was one of the original primary purposes for upgrading the Invictus, so that John could safely go there (with his crew, of course) to investigate.

I can't wait to see the next version of the Invictus the Engineering Grand Overlord is going to design and build in the Maliri shipyard. I'm betting bigger ship, more power, a lot more guns, as well as more powerful weapons. I love the singularity drivers and Nova Lances, but sorta miss the old mass drivers. The rail guns are cool, so I hope Dana keeps a bunch of them on her next improved version of the Invictus.

Since the Invictus, Raptor, Valkyrie and Paragon Armor suits all have cameras installed that record their actions when they are battle ready, will they be able to use images of the Vulkat, Brimorians and Kintark armada for a useful purpose with the Terrans? Such images will probably frighten the High Command while cementing their hero status for the troops and general public. This film could also help explain why John and the Lionesses were late to the party -- the Second Battle for Terra. It would be a wonderful way to reintroduce the rescued Jehanna Ali to her adoring public. I imagine images of her liberation from the TF's black ops prison will be media and political gold.

That's something we simply don't know and are unlikely to ever know, seeing CA is only found on the Invictus / Raptor / Mech &amp; Nova Lances are only found on Maliri vessels &amp; the Invictus, so friendly ships which *shouldn't* be firing on each other!

I am betting on John and the girls getting into the Terran/Kintark battle in chapter 100 since it is a hallmark chapter. That means the Vulcat and Brimorian issues need to be dealt with.

Any thoughts on how the Kintark will recover from all this. Assuming that the emperor will be killed by John, maybe we will see an Empress instead? I mean the Kintark Queen didn't hate John and she was reasonable enough. She may want to revert the policies of the Kintarks to how it was before all the BSP manipulation.

The Kintark Consort they meet on Xen-Nuchek was mate to the brother of the Emperor not the Queen so I think John will have more success with the former Senator he meet &amp; saved . He seemed to be already an enemy of the Emperor &amp; what he was doing &amp; would be more open to a peaceful solution to the troubles between T-Fed &amp; Kintark (called the news of war tragic) . Balrac might have been a prisoner for a couple years but still might have friends with influence or connection within the Gov. to introduce to John .

OK, Help Me Understand the Timing - Assuming John does not find out about the invasion until later. At this point in the story the Kintark are about 1.5 days out if my memory serves me correctly. Vulcat Engagement 8-16 Hours - I am betting on 16 just because Tefler is Great Brimorian Return - 8 hours travel time - Reckoning w/Deep Pool - 8 hours - Collect Jade’s Sisters and those left behind DryDock During Reckoning?????? What about Kintark / Brimorian Military? Travel Time from Brimorian Enclave to TFED Home World? 24 Hours? Jehanna / Jade’s sisters on secret base? Does Jade go after them in the Raptor and show that she is also a Mama’Bear that is not to be fucked with????? My math has it at between 1.5 and 3 days to get to TFED Home World. Will John have the two Maliri Fleets redirect to save the TFED?

Tefler Twist Possibility, Upon Return to Brimorian Space John takes over the Kintark Ship, Irillith and Faye hack Kintark Network and sends the invading fleet home. This is after John has his talk with the Deep Pool! and discovers the plan they have put in place to take over the TFED and Kintark space after the battle.

If anything, the Maliri fleets are even farther away than John is, and they're slower to. Even if John were to redirect them right now, if he were to find out about the invasion before engaging the Vulkat, the Maliri wouldn't make it to Terra in time. Also, you're probably overestimating how much time John's going to waste dealing with the Brimorians. John's not exactly the "stick around and chat" type, especially with folks he's not on friendly terms with. I don't see them collecting the Deep Lord consort, even if she's a Nymph, because the crew has never met her nor would they know she was a Nymph just from looking at her. As for the Abandoned Ones that Jade ran into, again, I don't see John spending the time to collect them since he has no real reason to. Yet. My guess is, provided that John doesn't find out about the invasion beforehand, is that once he's done with the Brimorians, he's going to head back to Genthalas in Maliri space to get the new shield tech installed, since it wouldn't be a smart idea to do the install in a Brimorian dry dock where the fish could snoop around the Invictus' tech. Plus, John needs to give the Maliri the new shield tech schematics anyways, and he can't securely send it to them from outside Maliri space. Then there's the replacement/upgrade of the Heavy Cannons that's on the docket, something else that John wouldn't want done outside of friendly space. Problem with all that is that Genthalas is completely the wrong direction from Terra and is several days travel into Maliri space. Unless by some miracle John finds out about the invasion and/or is given a reason to head back to Terra instead of going to Genthalas, John is not going to make it back to Terra in time to save the TFed.

Patreon only sends out a notification to Patrons if the comments are in reply to their own posts, or if Tefler makes a post. If it was the case that Patreon was sending out a notification for every one of your comments, ML, my email would be blowing up, but it isn't. Tefler is the only one who's email is filling up.

Monkey wrench in your time line ML is what they find in the Vulkat ship ,if the Eternity Crystals could somehow be the key to Black Hole drive or trigger a Progenitor flash for Dana , then then can flit between locations in a flash . Of course Dana would have to be at her Grand Overlord best .
