just caught up on this and wanted to say a few things! 1: since you haven't seen the MV for baby don't stop, i'll give a little context: it was filmed in the same location as boss (if you notice they have pretty similar sounding beats at points) and released together as dual titles for NCT's 2018 resonance album, and as far as MVs go it was certainly more focused on performance than anything else. i'd def recommend checking it out in your spare time either way, but i'm biased lol. one of my favourite bg songs of all time hands down. 2: drip drop is one of my fav taemin songs, but i can understand that it might be a bit disorienting in the instrumental, it certainly feels very hectic at points. also, it was the promoted b-side for press your number! till this day i'm still amazed how easily seulgi slotted herself into the song and choreography as if she had always been a part of it, queen shit. they really do compliment each other so well as performers, i think it's underrated how seulgi always performs choreographies made for male idols with such ease. often times when ggs cover bgs you can tell they're dancing really hard because they feel like they have something to prove (rightfully so, with the misogynistic double standards with which ggs/bgs are perceived) but with seulgi it's always smooth as butter and it's really refreshing to see. 3: i'm not sure if dingo still does those 100 sec choreography things, but i know aoa did one in 2017 and nct did one in 2018. 4: first time seeing that idea performance video, and holy SHIT i'm amazed. the female backup dancer you pointed out as being ungodly pretty is lachica's rian (@_rianess on instagram) :)
