That main stadium is from 1988 Seoul Olympics. The Winter Olympics is 2018 Pyeongchang. That is why the stadium needed to go under construction. And that also explains why her green room was filled with antique furniture and huge. It was most likely for VIPs during Olympics. 1988 Olympics was, like you mentioned in the beginning of the video, extremely beneficial to Korea in many ways. It was a huge success. It was definitely the biggest event to hold since Korea at the time was still a developing country.
