I doubt the other members went to another company because Modhaus didn't want them. Jaden's whole plan seemed to be to get as many of the members to sign with them as he could, so he could re-start Loona under Modhaus. Modhaus trademarked all of the subunit names, and the whole "Artms isn't a group, it's a re-debut project" suddenly turning into "Actually, Artms is a group now" right after the other members signed with CTD seems to indicate that they had to change their plans when the other members decided not to join Modhaus. We can only speculate, but my guess would be that the other members decided to join another company because having so many members in one group meant it was always hard for the less popular members to stand out. Splitting into multiple groups at separate companies will (hopefully) give everyone more of a chance to have their time in the spotlight. The CEOs of Modhaus and CTD worked together on early Loona at BBC, so I think there's still a pretty good chance we could see them work together on a full Loona reunion at some point.

Re: Your comment about what the people at BBC must be thinking about all the success the girls are having without them, I just keep picturing the BBC CEO red faced with steam coming out of his ears, and it fills me with much joy.
