yeah im more of a fan of the cry for me type songs from them which are so rare theyre doing this typical jyp gg sound for tt especially that retro funky style i hate like wonder girls since eyes wide open album i havent enjoyed a album theyre putting too much english and whoever writes their songs and decides which parts need to be english sucks i feel theyre trying to go in that western bpink direction and it doesent suit them they can do mature songs cry for me and eyes wide open showed they can but their producers suck recently with the sounds imo i didnt enjoy a single bside this time unfortunately and werent mimosa supposed to release music what happened to that mina my bias id love to see their sound

I agree on Got The Thrills. They should just let collapsedone work all of TWICE's title tracks. He's never let me down on any girl group song he has worked on, especially the songs he's worked on with MRCH.

So the only two songs I like on this EP are 'Got The Thrills' and 'Crazy Stupid Love', I know exactly what you mean about the title song selection. And it's not like I went in with negative expectations, I just didn't vibe with the rest of the tracks. With the amount of bangers that Twice has, not everything is going to stick 🤷

It's funny, I'm the opposite on Got The Thrills. I like it fine but I find it kind of hard to listen to, there's just something about the production of it that pushes me away. I feel like I should think it's great but it's almost overbearing for me. On the whole I liked the album, I think it ends very well, and I dig the title track. I actually made the same comparison to a friend that you made, where I said it's on Scientist tier, which isn't an insult, I really like both songs, they just aren't up there with the super great Twice title tracks (which I personally think Talk That Talk is)

For me personally I'd go Crazy stupid love > wallflower > moonlight sunrise > got the thrills = blame it on me = set me free. I think Blame it on me might become another Queen of Hearts for you. Not the best on the first listen but that song was made for a live performance. And that chorus slaps tbh, it's amazing. Oh and the thing with Set me free English lyrics being familiar to you, they didn't translate the Korean version for the MV captions but they used the lyrics of the English version, if that makes sense. Like, Sana's pre-chorus when translated doesn't say anything close to what the CC are, because they used the English version lyrics for CC.

I was surprised to see that this album seems to be a bit of a divisive one haha, I personally love it! No skips for me at all - Wallflower is probably my least favourite, but I can feel it growing on me with repeated listens. And I also much prefer the English version of Set Me Free, I've been listening to it on repeat. More high-quality pop music from TWICE, they never seem to disappoint in that regard 🔥
