They can’t legal show Garam as she’s not part of the company anymore, where as Haruka is probably still a trainee.

When I watched this, I really appreciated how hard the girls worked for their debut even more than I already did. On another show called Lesserafim's Day Off, they mentioned that they worked on their debut song for 6 months. None of them had ever spent so much time on a single song before (even the veteran Iz*one members). It was also nice to see how Chaewon felt during her hiatus from the world basically. It was like a year after Iz*one disbanded that we saw NOTHING from her on social media, it was very worrisome as a fan of hers. But to see her huge improvement as a singer and performer and thrive along with the other girls warms my heart and it literally made a lot of us cry. I wish all the best for them seriously. Their music is amazing but it's really the girls' personalities that make everyone love them.

I really enjoyed this whole documentary series. There is one bit you haven’t seen yet that genuinely bothered me. But that part aside, the whole process was really fascinating to me, and I’d love to see something like this for other groups too. Just wanted to clarify a couple of things you seemed unsure about: Yunjin was indeed on Produce 48 with Chaekura. She had a bit of a rough go on the show. She pushed for a main vocal position at one point and viewers turned on her and called her greedy and made her out to be a villain. Sakura was actually the 2nd oldest in Iz*one after Eunbi, but I would say your assessment of her lacking confidence is not wrong. Kazuha was in the Netherlands, and her roommate at the ballet academy just happened to be Korean. Also, she arrived in Korea in December 2021, and Le Sserafim debuted in May 2022. So that’s the timeline of her and Eunchae joining the group.

i like the girls i just hate hybe they did the same thing as cube with soojin and of course everything came out she wasnt a bully after her termination cuz hybe couldnt be a halfway decent label and protect a teenagers life that they had promised so much too now her career is over even though shes innocent thats why i cant wait till bts disbands so they go back to where they belong being on a cube level cuz txt enhypen are great but theyre not seventeen or nct level globally same with sserafim theyre not even doing numbers like ive yet before any fans come at me i have nothing against these groups just hybe cuz of how shit they are to their artist i really like sserafim but seeing everything thats happened since hybe has took over these smaller labels i hate it fromis benefited the most id say but thats just cuz of more money the company still sucks imo

After watching this, Leniverse, and Day Off (and also loving their debut album), I'd confidently call Le Sserafim my #3 favourite kpop group now. This doc really sealed it, it's such a great insight into the members and their individual journeys. And I already loved Fearless, but this gave me an even bigger appreciation for the song and their overall concept. Love how well it represents the girls, and how much they connect to it. This group is doing absolutely everything right for me. Glad you're appreciating this content too, hope you get the chance to watch the last two eps!

What part of the doc series did you not like? Was it in ep 3 or 4?

As always, many thanks for these! Whenever we get a decent glimpse behind the curtain like this, I'm equal parts excited and concerned. I love learning how things work, but it's jarring just to what extent everything's meticulously controlled, measured and evaluated. I do appreciate that their "narrative" is based on their actual selves and that they seem to be on board with it. When I watched this the first time, I'd already watch their Day Off miniseries (which we'll need to get to) and gotten to know them, and with this group it really was personalities first and music second, which is very unusual for me. I definitely appreciate their music more now, and I especially like seeing them perform now that I know them better. All of their content is doing its job well. I love listening to Kkura speak, btw. 😂 It's similar to Yuki - most Japanese people have a very particular twang to their Korean, and I think Sana's the only one I've personally come across who's rid herself of it. Oh, and I misremembered which episode had that egregious mistranslation I mentioned in the request, that's still upcoming.

As others pointed out to me, there are definitely some reenactments in this documentary along with the edits you've pointed out. It's weird, because I'm pretty sure we were all trying to see if we could catch a glimpse of Garam in this haha. Definitely a neat experience though, to see just a bit of the physical and mental strain that Kpop idols go through.

Episode 3, the talk about ‘self-management’. Which is absurd coz they’re talking about the photoshoot. It was really weird to me that they brought that up, then later showed clips of them at that photoshoot talking about how they all have abs.

PinoyAkoPH

Ohhh gotcha you’re right I forgot that was in episode 3. It was really ridiculous. The line of thinking wasn’t clear to me when I watched it. I got confused so I heard there was some translation errors? Either way, I don’t know how you could look at the members at that moment and think “yeah they need to lose more weight by restricting their diet”. It made my blood boil and I understand now why it didn’t sit well with you!

falling in love w these girls 🥺 thanks seekified for requesting!!!!

randomAlienVisitor

yeah some of the shots just do not make sense if it wasn't a reenactment, but a lot of the heavy lifting was just done via editing.

"old dude with the drip" that is Bang PD, the founder of BigHit/HYBE. He has those billions, he has got to have the drip lol

late to the reaction. Sakura was the 2nd oldest in IzOne but she always doubted herself. In Produce she often talked about not belonging despite being the most popular all show. That never went away in IzOne.
