2022-12-04 15:32:44 This was a great episode, can't wait to see you react to the conclusion in Ep 5. So to answer your questions in order: 1. Castella is a kind of wagashi originally developed in Japan based on the "Nanban confectionery". The batter is poured into large square or rectangular molds, baked in an oven and cut into long rectangular shapes. Since the recipe calls for mizuame, a type of sugar syrup, Castella has a moist texture. Here is what the Green Tea Bon Delicieux looks like: https://images.app.goo.gl/ndPGhP6H6LJUxmTU6 2. Pochacco is one of the many fictional characters produced by the Japanese corporation Sanrio. He is drawn as a white dog with black floppy ears, but no visible mouth. He is often dressed in athletic attire, as he has a sporty and playful personality (so basically he is Seungmin, LOL). Here is a pic: https://images.app.goo.gl/F4KnqiMPZF2HL67u8 3. For the soda test it's Chilsung Cider which is South Korea's #1 original carbonated beverage, similar to Sprite I've been told. As for the censoring of brand names, I believe it has to do with advertising and sponsoring legalities in Korea. I'm not 100% sure on that. 4. Changbin chose Dwaekki as his character (it's a made up creature that is part pig and part bunny, you can see how Dwaekki first came to be in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pl-vS-sj7mY). He's completely and totally embraced this character as his own. All of Stray Kids had input into what their representative critter would be. 5. As of the filming of this episode, Lee Know and Seungmin were doing a segment every Monday evening on Day6 Kiss the Radio (shortened to Dekira) while Young K was the DJ. When Young K left to do his military service, Seungmin filled in as guest DJ until they got Minhyuk in and it became BTOB Kiss the Radio. I believe it airs every evening between 10PM and Midnight on KBS Cool FM Radio. Here is a compilation video of some of Lee Know and Seungmin's Monday night segment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpgH_vxcSS8 6. Asian pears are uniform in color (yellowish-tan) and shaped more like apples, with a completely different texture and taste. Asian pears do not change color after being harvested, whereas some European ones do. https://images.app.goo.gl/7WQb6PRJfSWTXuob7 Hope I was able to help clear up some of your confusions. I would suggest watching Ep 5 on it's own, and then grouping 6 & 7 together. ENJOY!!
