I was also a bit disappointed in the intro because they advertised it as a collaboration stage between all the different groups' members, but they were all solos and the transitions between them felt choppy. The actor in Itzy's performance is the same one that plays the tattooed thug from Squid Game. Hongjoong's contemporary dance intro before Turbulence was beautiful, and it was choreographed by his older brother, who is a dancer and Hongjoong's role model. I was shocked when I first figured out it was him performing that. There were some good performances, but I felt like MAMA was kinda meh overall.

NingNing is main vocalist and Winter is lead vocalist, but when there is 4 people in a group even the lead vocalist is going to get a ton of lines.

I don't love the AE-members either. You've got to checkout some aespa "crack" videos. They always make Giselle explain their concept and talk about the AE-members in interviews, while that is happening Winter always looks like she is hating life. The AE-members have essentially became a meme and they will make jokes about how they are lazy or they never change their outfits between performances.

While it isn't "Savage", Aespa recently performed "Dreams Come True" live on inkigayo a couple days ago. That is their most recent release that they are promoting. Winter didn't sing one of her lines on purpose and winked at the camera to show it was live, because they get a lot hate from people claiming they can't sing.

I remember losing my shit the first time I saw that ITZY performance, they all absolutely killed it. Ryujin in particular really came for blood 🔥 Big yes to seeing her in a badass action drama.

You should see TXTs Special Performance Video of Frost which is more like a Studio Choom. I was completely floored by it. I don't think the choreography is meant for a big stage like MAMA.

Yeah, Ateez did so well! I tried for tickets in Texas 1 hour after they went on sale, and they only had 4 nosebleed seats for $900 each. F Covid for happening right before I was going to see them live for like $100 a seat, lol. For TxT's Frost choreography, yes that is it. BUT this performance did not do it justice, imo. Camera was too far out like half the time. Their own choreography video does a way better job at showing them perform it, which elevates the choreo so so much. It isn't crazy, but the execution is where that choreo shines. NCT's Favorite is great, and I'm so happy they did not include that dub-step dance break in this performance.

I just saw ATEEZ in Atlanta and they were better than I could have imagined. Their live vocals are absolutely insane and their English has improved so much. Amazing, amazing stage show, presence, charm, etc.
