GOD. eraser is one of my favorite songs of ALL TIME period, not just regarding onewe or kpop/krock, it's my absolute ultimate comfort song and i listen to it all the time-- when im going through it, when im in a good mood, literally whenever, i hold it very dear to my heart. it's on the same single album as book in memory and trauma... it's so good highly recommend checking it out! might even be my request for next month hehe we shall see ​​also!! fun fact in case u already didnt know, yonghoon is scared of dogs but managed to pet one for the first time in 2018 (i think) and the experience was so cathartic for him he felt the need to write a song about it, and voila love me was written into creation LOL so uh. yeah lyric wise, he's saying all this to a dog lololol valid tho dogs are the best

The Reminisce About All performance gets me every time. Yonghoon was feeling it especially, but you could see Dongmyeong had a couple moments himself. The whole atmosphere they were able to create is absolutely insane tbh.

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed my request, I thought it would be fun for you to see a "full" concert from start to finish and it had a lot of fun songs mixed in haha also thanks to the other person who requested the IF + RAA performance, a completely different feeling from the earlier concert. That stage always makes me emotional, if I'm remembering correctly I think the "child choir" is actually Weve's voices that they sent in to be played during the song which could be why Yonghoon was even more emotional. I could be wrong though so if I am someone please correct me haha

The I'm live stage is always really fun to rewatch no matter how many times I've seen it. This part of the concert always makes me emotional and the RAA stage is still one of my favorite Onewe performances to date. I remember watching it when the concert was airing and just bawling my eyes out. Eraser and Trauma are so freakin awesome songs, Memory: illusion is filled with masterpieces, if only they have released it together with Parting, it would have been the best EP last year imo. Easily.

I'm so glad you finally got to see their I'm Live stage! It's filmed very well and the subs are great too. Most of the artists invited to I'm Live are soloists and indie artists. Also, it's just an RBW artist thing to hype up a non-existent audience 😂 I think you'd be surprised to know that Kanghyun wrote 0&4 too, haha. And yes, you definitely have to hear Eraser because it's incredible!! They often perform Crazy Good as their last/encore song because aside from it being upbeat, it's a song dedicated to Weves so it's the perfect song to end their concerts with. The back-to-back combo of IF and RAA never fails to bring tears every. single. time. :') Especially with this version of RAA, it's so raw and they made such great use of silence. It's one of my favorite performances from them. Yonghoon got emotional for real at the end because it's been a while since they performed in front of Weves face to face (because of COVID) and he said he missed Weves so much. In their SWL#4 concert back in January 2020, Yonghoon almost cried on stage too while performing RAA because Weves prepared a surprise event by singing along at the end and I guess hearing Weves' recorded voices for this ontact stage made him remember that time. Thank you Cat and Elise for the awesome requests!! It was great watching these again :'D

Thank you for this reaction it was a whole journey yet again for me. There are only few artists that can make me so emotionally overwhelmed like Onewe does. Yonghoon is my favorite Korean vocalist, period (and one of my favorites ever). Not only he is extremely professional but the way he believe in every single word he sings.

I saw you post on youtube about a long Onewe reaction on here and I RAN. I'm so happy you got to watch the I'm Live stage, I listen to it a not-chill amount. The intro they added on to End of Spring adds such a cool element to the whole track and makes it really stand out from the original version. Plus the outro on Regulus that they do when they perform it live (the call and answer between YH and KH) somehow elevates that song to something even more incredible. And then there's the rawness of YH's voice for A Book in Memory, and HR just chucking his sticks at the end of the whole thing (and also him losing a stick at the end of End of Spring and not even flinching) -- it's all so good! Honestly, if there was a fancam for this concert of just HR I would watch it on repeat. KH (rightfully) gets so much love for being an amazing musician, but when they're live HR shines so much and really shows that he's of the same calibre!

IF is one of my favourite b-sides of theirs. Definitely my favourite ballad. I love a song with a good build, and that one climbs so well. Just like you said, the solo expresses the emotion perfectly, but for them to keep building even after the solo -- that's what gets me. It's so powerful. But of course nothing is as powerful as that performance of RAA. HOLY SHIT. The way they rearranged it to hold more silence and to be more gentle, and that tender intro they added. The way it highlights YH's perfect vocals, and then the true emotionality of how they perform it. I remember watching that concert for the first time and just imploding. It's so moving! It's what a live performance should be. great reaction!! I love that you've been enjoying them so much! A few other people you know have also been on I'm Live (though Onewe's is my favourite of them). Lucy recently did one, Hyukoh (...do you know Hyukoh?), Dickpunks has done at least one show with them, a bunch of R&B artists have also been on it (Heize, Suran, BOL4). Lots to check out!

i'm late but finally watched this reaction and enjoyed it, also glad to know you'll accept I'm Live performances for patreon because i LOVE this series and they've had some AMAZING artists that i will table for the future (both superband contestants zairo and hong isaac (whose voice you love) have been on there).
