Bom said “you don’t need to mention CL” because they were discussing part assignments of the song - you don’t need to mention who would do CLs part, as of course Soyeon would give it to herself as she’s the main rapper.

The AOA bullying thing happened between Jimin and Mina, who already left the group by this point. The current members on Queendom are Jimin, Yuna, Seolhyun, HyeJeong, and Chanmi. The two members who left are Mina and Choa.

You won't see much of Wheein, she was on hiatus due to anxiety at the time, she just did the performances because Queendom was something they agreed on before her hiatus. Idle gave corn to Bom because she is known to be a big corn lover.

So some answers to your questions. MMM - Wheein was absent from most of the behind the scenes footages and the talking parts, it was a tough period for her, but she is always on the stage when she is needed, she won't miss any performance. (It's a pity that Queendom couldn't showcase her variety sense, because she is hilarious with her members. Can't wait till you dive into more MMM stuff!) And they have a few more songs, but Egotistic is fairly recent, it's from July of 2018. They had two mini albums after (title tracks: Wind Flower and Gogobebe). And then HIP happened right after Queendom, and a year later Dingga/Aya got released. And yeah, there was a little controversy regarding Hwasa's outfit, but it didn't blow up in Korea as far as I know, internationally it caused some conversations tho. AOA - The thing happened between Jimin and former member Kwon Mina. She isn't in Queendom, she left the group a while ago. Also, their main vocal left, Choa left even before her. I think that's one of the reasons why AOA songs are hard to sing (even for Solar), Choa is a hella talented vocalist - losing the main vocalist is tough for every group, that's why AOA needed this reboot. (And it was kinda successful until the controversy happened.) And according to Kwon Mina, Hyejeong was a good friend of her and supported her (they hang out many times after Mina left the group). So even if you'll feel uncomfortable watching Jimin in this show, I think it's good to know that Hyejeong is "safe" to like. (IMO.) 2NE1/Park Bom - Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the 2ne1 members are totally cool with each other. Minzy left the group earlier, so the company didn't include her in their goodbye song, but after the members left the company, they started to talk to each other publicly as well, and recently they reunited for Minzy's birthday (and said that they would do something together maybe this year). (Little fun fact: Park Bom and Wheein have a song together called 4:44, it's sad that no one brings this up in Queendom. It's a great song!) I really love your reactions! Honestly I became a patreon to (re)watch this show with you, because I like your insightful commentaries and genuine reactions, but I'll definitely support you even after the show ends. I think you're adding value to the things you watch. (Like making mini missions during the performance for bonus points, that's such a genius idea!) It's really fun to watch things "with you". Thank you for this one as well! Can't wait for Episode 3 part 2! (And sorry for this looooong comment.)

I'm 90% sure that when she said "you don't need to mention CL" she was implying that Soyeon would obviously take her part, which makes sense lmao. Loved this episode!! I've never watched Queendom before so this is just a great experience all around for me. Also yeah, Wheein brings a funny goofy energy that I miss when she isn't in those behind the scenes parts of Queendom. She's MIA a few times for mental health reasons but as far as I know she's doing a lot better now so I try to focus on that! (Speaking of BTS moments, I agree they really don't give enough to Lovelyz and OMG -- I love YooA and I think it would have been cool to see a lot of how both groups prepared their new performances.)

For the behind the scenes bits, it's just a strange way of editing. The other groups' preparations are covered closer to when they actually perform. We'll get to it.

As other as mentionned it, you will see ur dose of OMG and Lovelyz it's just because MMM and AOA are the first to perform so we see them first. And I see that your a man of culture, cuz i got exactly the same reaction when i first saw Mijoo. I got into Lovelyz because of her and i gotta to say i'm not disapointed (also she is really hilarious in variety show)

You'll hear a lot more complaining in the second part haha. Even before OMG and Lovelyz perform they show no behind the scenes footage.

I'm confused. Lovelyz and Oh My Girl don't perform until episode 4. Did you already record that far ahead? You should see all the behind the scenes stuff for them in episode 4 (like I said above, strange editing, probably to fit with the episode splits)

The corn in the flowers Idle gave Bom is a sign that these girls are solid Blackjacks. In one episode of 2ne1TV waaaaay back in the day, Bom was scolded by their gym instructor when she was caught on camera eating a can of corn. As a punishment, she was asked to read the negative effects of corn a hundred times! (like the # of calories it has and an oath that she will not eat corn anymore). That episode was so funny because Bom was just laughing while completing her punishment. It's also the reason why I cannot forget the Korean word of corn, which is uksusu.

I know this is a very late reply, but there was a mention of 4:44, albeit it being really tiny, in Queendom! the producer recommended Park Bom sing 4:44 when she was choosing the song for Round 1. But she already had You and I in her head before that recommendation. :)
