Patrons Only: Poll Entry (Patreon)

I've decided that Patron only poll entry will include both all anime/game female characters and RWBY babes. For Global poll, there will be anime/game female characters either be RWBY-excluded or RWBY included. 3 month cooldown period will still apply for all girls.
