Pledge level tweaks (Patreon)

Just wanted to you all know that I adjusted the pledge levels a bit. Nothing significant, except for the $5 level being lowered to $2, and now they have names. Yay! I also removed the $75 level pledge, which shouldn't really matter to any of my current Patrons, as no one was using that level anyway.

I'd love to hear what you all think about the new pledge level names!
