Monthly Raffle Details (Patreon)

I've decided that, at least for now,  I'm going to handle the monthly raffle drawing (available at the $10 level) at the end of each month. That way, anyone who pledged at that level at any point during the month will be eligible for the raffle for that month. Hopefully, this system will work out well, though I may tweak it in the future depending on how things go.
