Oh I have been so looking forward to this! It was a pleasure to watch you painting Red Sonja on your live stream and the finished painting is just so beautiful! 😻😻😻😻😻 (Also, I tried editing my comment on the SFW post but that made it disappear, so I'm posting the comment again here, hopefully it shows up 😅) These colours are wonderfully vibrant with her bright, luxuriant red hair and the warm tones of her skin, gloves, sword handle and even the skull all popping very nicely against the blue sky. The silver of her armour bikini also contrasts very well with her skin and hair with a lovely shine to the metallic material, I also like that the metal is tinted warm in places as the sun illuminates it. A great attention to detail is how the bra and panties cast shadows into her body, such as the shadows on her breasts that show how the metal is lifted off of the skin, as well as how the chain between her breasts casts a shadow below that wraps over the shapes, further defining them. Following on from that, the rendering across all of the painting is simply stunning! Her red hair is just so full of life and colour, perfectly detailed as it flows, ripples and curls all around her body. Some of my favourite parts are the contrast between the light shining on the hair above her head, with the darker section to the side of her face, as well as that brighter area above her right breast with a shining line running through it. The thin strands of hair that split off in places, as well as the strands across her face add even more to her dynamism and personally, I think they look really sexy! 😻 I also love how the bright skin tones of her face pop against the darker, shining waves of hair billowing around her, with her pale, dark green eyes also contrasting well against her lighter skin and vibrant red hair. Moving away from the skin for a moment, the subtly shining leather of her gloves with the deep creases and folds looks fantastic, as does the detail of the sword handle and the metallic textures of the blade itself. Going back to Sonja now though... hoo boy... her body is simply mindblowing! 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻 I am so happy that you've painted another muscular lady and the way you've rendered her skin and anatomy is sublime! It's hard to know where to begin 😹, I just love all of her! Okay, firstly, the overall contrasts in lighting with the top and left planes of her body receiving a warm, soft light while her abs, right arm and insides of her thighs being in shadow, looks gorgeous and very striking! While the mixture of softly blended tones with more rough, painterly brush strokes defining her smooth skin and hard muscles is a treat to see. I especially adore her left shoulder and bicep, brightly lit with hard shadows separating the forms, while both of her thick, powerful thighs have their muscles defined so nicely by the shadows tapering up her legs and dividing the warm light. I fear I might have been a bit more rambling and even less coherent than usual with this comment 😅. I'm pretty sick today with a bad headache so my thoughts are a bit scattered 😹.
