This is easily my favorite Lara Croft pinups I've seen! ❤️ You did an amazing job with this one! I love the lingerie and particularly the way you mixed and matched it it with her regular clothes. I also like how you varied where she's focusing on. 🙂 Plus it looks like she's having a lot of fun in the jungle playing with the vines. 😉 Thanks for creating this amazing set Didi, here's hoping you have a great weekend. 🙂❤️🤗

Oh Didi, I am exceptionally impressed with this astonishingly beautiful painting! The colours are utterly gorgeous and this is hard to describe, but with the background, you really captured a sense of atmosphere with the location that Lara is in, it's like I can imagine how it would feel to be there! I love the pale green background with the details kept blurry so that we can focus on Lara in the foreground, while her warm skin and hair tones really pop against the soft greens behind her. And even though her vest, trousers and boots are all cool-colours, they still pop out very well thanks to their crisp detail and rendering, as well as the fantastic lighting that defines the folds in the material. And since I just mentioned her clothing, I'll start there 😸. All of her clothes are painted in this gorgeous painterly style with hard edges and visible brush strokes that define the folds very well. While all of the lighting is amazing, something I particularly like is how on her left side, running down her left breast and stomach, there are very dark shadows defining her forms, while across her right waist and cutting across her stomach are quite bright tones that create a real sense of contrast. The forms of her body here look terrific too, the crease in the centre of her breasts, as well as the use of softly blended light and dark tones on either side do such a great job in defining those shapes, while I love the thin occlusion shadow that runs horizonally under her breasts, really making them pop out from her chest. And a fantastic attention to detail is how the patterns and lines on her vest all crinkle along with the folds as they run over them. The trousers are absolutely fantastic too, I adore the folds around her bum and gun, with an area of darkness running along the underside of her leg with a soft bounce-light there too to make the tones pop and really accentuate her shapes. And the straps for the gun holster and how they squeeze her leg are an excellent attention to detail. Something else that I really love is how dark the cast-shadows between her legs are, they really pop and show that separation between her front and back legs, as well as the separation between her right thigh and right calf as they bend. And once again, along her calf and on her boot, the crisp rendering of the folds in the material are amazing and the boot is so impressively defined, I absolutely love how the black strip that runs down the boot is actually lifted away from the green surface, casting little shadows back onto it. That is such an insane dedication to detail that I am very impressed with! And as for Lara herself, she looks utterly gorgeous! The lighting on her face really accentuates her beauty with the bright tones shining around her eyes, nose and upper lip, with her dark brown eyes popping against the warm, gentle light. The rendering of the plane changes from the front and sides of her face are rendered very well with the light and shadows softly blending, the same applies too to the lights shining down on her fore-arm, bicep and shoulder and I just love the muscle tone there. And of course the hair is exquisitely detailed and looks so good with the strands breaking away and swishing across her face, adding more to the dynamic feel of the pose. And lastly, the fingers look terrific with their own plane changes and subtle warm reddish tones painted into them, while I also love the subtle blue-tinted shine to her leather gloves. While the bow once again shows your attention to detail with those intricate designs carved into it, that is something that I absolutely love! Brilliant work on this painting, Didi! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 This is absolutely one of my new favourite paintings of yours! The pose has a dynamic and actiony feel to it, the lighting is gorgeous, the colours pop so well and the whole thing is just amazing!
