Oh Didi, this is simply gorgeous! πŸ˜„πŸ˜ I am loving all of these colours, the warm and vibrant tones of Mercy's hair, skin and pink sections of her clothes and wings contrast so nicely with the light blue background, steel sections of her wings and outfit as well as the darker, black parts too, like her skirt. The level of detail in this painting is fantastic and I love so many of the more subtle lighting effects that you have used, like the blue tint to many of the steel parts, mainly on the wings. I also really like the pinkish-white colour of her gloves. As always, the rendering is brilliant, with her hair being a particular highlight, it's so beautifully detailed as the strands twist, curl and wrap over each other, while I really like the shine that runs along her sweeping fringe. And once again, you have painted such an adorable and lovely face 😍😍😍, her big, blue eyes are gorgeous and her smile is just the best! I also really like how her fringe falls down on both sides of her face, framing her. Similar to her hair, the pink ribbons that are attached to her silver headpiece look great as they too flow out and curve, while the silver headpiece itself has a marvellous shine to it and I really like the contrast between the light and dark sides of it. Her wings have such a great amount of detail and like I said, the blue tint and rim-lighting looks so good, especially against the pink sections. You've done a marvellous job on her clothes too, like the folds in her gloves, the separation between the light pink sleeves and the darker patterns that wrap over her left arm, I also really like the rendering on the section at her breasts. The bright highlight, darker shadows wrapping underneath her breasts with an almost red bounce-light on the undersides of her breasts all look terrific and really accentuate the shapes. While the almost square shaped folding and rippling of her black skirt, with the pink sections on the sides curling upwards look great, in addition to the dynamic movements of her hair and ribbons, they give Mercy this fluid, graceful feel as she flies. You've done a brilliant job on this painting, Didi πŸ˜„, the pose is dynamic, the colours are vibrant and fun, while Mercy is both beautiful and adorable.
