Hello everyone, Andy here. So... it's 2020 as I write this post.

It's been a year and eight months since I started writing After Class. I remember getting 3 patrons for a whole month when I first started in May 2018. By that time, if you told me that I'd reach 300 patrons, I'd laugh and tell that you're crazy... but here we are.

There wasn't anything special when I put this VN out for public, and I remember that everything was a big mess: from the game's art, UI, writing... basically everything; but you guys helped this game grow to what it is right now.

Speaking of writing, I really am glad that I met Rex Mundane along the way. He really helped me; and I'm forever grateful for his help and support. Without him, I won't be here at all.

I set my expectations really low, to be honest with you. Even now, looking at my Patreon page still low-key surprises me. Sometimes I'd just look at the mirror and think: "So this is the face of After Class' author. Weird, he looks like me." (I'm still in denial, I'm sorry ;~;)

There's a lot of things I wanted to do for After Class in 2019, but most of them aren't possible due to how tight our schedule was; but I hope we'll be able to pull it of in 2020! I'm excited for this year and I feel like I have improved a lot compared to my 2018 self (as a writer, that is.)

---

Anyway, I ended up talking nonsense, haha.

I just wanted to say Happy New Year, everyone! I'm looking forward to our journey in 2020! And while we're here, I'm gonna put something to remind myself: New Year's resolution!

As an author of After Class: I'll make what I've planned in 2019 a reality!

As myself: "I will reach 70KG this year!" (-Andy, since 2014)

Somehow, I don't fell confident about my personal New Year's resolution... Why don't you tell me about your 2020 goals, instead?

Thanks for reading!

You are an amazing writer and a great person overall. I hope you get to accomplish your goals for 2020 for your VN and for yourself. Now to answer your question seriously. My goals are: -Improve my art in 3D and 2D -Eat healthier and work out more (Im sure Lars would love a buff husband) -Focus on my happiness -Work on being able to sustain myself as a freelance artist -SAVE MY GODDAMN MONEY!!!!! Anyway, happy new year to you and rex! ❤️❤️❤️

Happy New Year andeh and rex! (It's still 1st Jan as I type so I'm not late xD) You've been doing great work on AC in 2019 and I'm sure it'll get even better in 2020. As for 2020, I don't have too much for goals, try and get some more voice acting work and try to get some feedback on the early version of a super-secret project which might not go anywhere. Depends on the feedback :) Also, the easy goal, keep supporting After Class.

Solid goals, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to achieve them. ...for some reason, I'm not too sure about the second goal, hehe.

I see! Your voice acting work is great, I'm looking forward to hearing some more! Also, your super-secret project might get somewhere, if you believe in it. As for supporting AC... my heart, dude. Don't make me catch feelings!

My goals: 1. Finish a fan fiction I started, I have a tendency to get cold feet with my writing. However, I did "manage" to finish a personal story for good or bad. 2. Get a part-time job along with my full time job to start saving money towards the business I want to start. I'll be grabbing and submitting applications on my next day off. I really want it more then I have wanted anything else. 3. Going on from point 2 develop more recipes for my business, and testing them out. I have currently have eight recipes I can confidently cook. 4. Going through and finishing up art, I did over the course of 2019 from just the rough sketches they are right now. Lastly, keep supporting patreon for AC and the others I am currently am. Have a happy new year!
