Parker's Day 4 [Early Ver.] Uploaded (Patreon)

Hi guys, Andy here. I'm moving to a new place, my workplace is changing, I have to take care of family stuff, going to hospital and now Chinese New Year is around the corner, then someone's paying me a visit later; it's been busy as hell! 

I barely had time to finish this one, so it's pretty short (1100 line ish) I wanted it to be at least 1500 lines, so I'll make it longer in the final version of Parker's day 4.

Starting v. 0.4.20, changelog won't be listed here. It'll be listed in-game, instead.

A little bit of information:

Since it's going to be really busy, I won't be able to work on Mark's Day 4, so it'll be delayed until next month. I'm not 100% Chinese, but I am still a Chinese descendant so I have to celebrate Chinese New Year.

That being said, I'll be back next month and the finalized Parker's Day 4 update will be updated around 7th or 8th (and actually longer than the early version).
