Well, It seems like I am going to need to extend the dead line for entries for both Head Games/ Sketch polls. (11/8) Not enough names and themes have been put in. 

As I see it, the number of entries are dwindling by each month. Could there is a better way to do the polls? 

Also what else can I do to improve my patreon for you guys. Would you like it better if I have the all Patreon backed stuff posted much later like at the end of the month? 

 What can I add?  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think it might be people don't have any new ideas for suggestions and don't want to repeat. Like how many times can we have a poll for which DC heroine should get cocked, you know?

For Head Games I liked one of the existing suggestions so I didn't add a new one. Three choices is fine IMHO, if that's what you get, you run with it. Statistically speaking most followers are going to just lurk anyway. I am on enough different Patreons to say that with a few dozen patrons getting only a handful of responses/likes per post is par for the course, so don't let it get you down. I would be more worried if your Patron count was grinding slowly downward. Are you getting lots of short-term patrons that cancel quickly? That is probably a sign that they are scraping all your past posts and then ditching. Many Patreons have had to go to a monthly-archive-sent-via-message-with-filesharing-link model, where only progress shots and/or low resolution images are posted on the actual Patreon, and full content is only sent to those whose money has come in each month.

Well Andava does sketch requests (I think its bimonthly now), so maybe you can try that if you want. I personally like the polls as they are, but if you had to change something about it, have everyone choose a character they want to see. The winner gets the head games art, second place is the sketch poll art. Winner and second place are blocked from voting in the next month.

Almost forgot. I would only like having all the Patreon backed stuff posted at the end of the month if it was how you did the messaged archive idea. The post feed looks much better if you post about stuff as it happens; also that smooths out the time investment on the part of followers. And it makes your Patreon look much more active to potential new followers who are peeking at the public feed.

What else can you do... hmm. I actually think my favorite type of content here are the mini-stories (roxy casting couch, zone-tan clubbing, mala paying for pizza) so maybe there could be some way for us to submit suggestions for that? And maybe you could clarify the range of characters you are open to drawing (for example there are lots of great characters in the Anime/Cartoon world that could let you flex your artistic muscles in adapting them to your style) -- or is that already posted somewhere but I missed it.

It's easier to vote in a poll than it is to "create" the poll. What I would do is have the theme vote as a poll with 5 options. Still asking for suggestions. Next month, the top and bottom voted get swapped out with other options. So we would see only 5 options while there would be like 10-15 in the rotation getting swapped out. So it would be less coming up with a theme and more just choosing a theme.

The amount of content and the frequency of updates is pretty great as it is. I like the wips and sketches. Good way to let people sort of see the process. Do you stream on picarto? You could do stream archives and timelapses if you really wanted to show off the process.
