...well, happy Mother's Day! And, I can't believe that I show you today one of my favorite panels! Aaaaah!!!

But seriously, I LOVE the panel in which Jack gives his mom a head nudge.

Seriously, that's it. one of the most emotional and warming imageries I was able to come up and I cried while laying it out and drawing it and...*sigh*

The scene overall was really dear to me. 

Miss Mechthild herself is a rather headstrong character, but showing her so filled with self doubt and regret, not for herself but for someone she loved so dearly...it's so heartbreaking...

Yet, Jackie's response of nothing but love and understanding for her. It's not a secret that his mother meant so much to him. But I certainly cherish each and every opportunity where I can delve into it a bit more.
