Sunday #17 Benefits of the short (Patreon)

A Sunday comic with a guest artist: me :D

OK, this one was such a roadblock and I wanted to finish it last month but...for the love of god I couldn't :/

Partial because the joke is not that amazing since it's one of my older ones again. and second...'in SECURITY' just doesn't look the same when I do it solo. My husband's inking skills just makes the characters and the art pop so much better, especially if the layout are rather dull like here. I found it was very frustrating drawing these panels because they just didn't feel right to me :(

On a positive note, unlike the last Sunday I did myself, for this one I got my husband's custom font for the speech bubbles. So despite the inking looking rather meh, at least the dialogue looks more like the usual comic.

The next Sunday will be done by my husband again, btw. After that, we gotta see what we can do.
