because...it looks kinda candy-ish XD

I didn't plan on this sketch ending up like this, tbh. I wanted to apply a Washi pattern on her skirt and sailor collar (I saw a similar, more punkish outfit like this on Instagram) However, I wasn't sure what colors for the BG to use. So I stuck to the default...pink (and purple, lol)

The little hearts and such were more or less an after thought, tho ^^

I think it's cute.
