Sunday#1 Big bad wolf (Patreon)

Gee, it's already March and this is our first Sunday of the year ._."

(and, spoiler, we have a bit of a situation going on here. Don't worry, hubby and I are fine and I don't know the details too well as of yet. So I can't really tell what exactly is going on. But, of what I know, we probably have to travel to the East coast sometime this month and comic work for both projects might get spotty. I try to build a good enough backlog for Patreon. But since the Sunday comics are a combine effort of me and hubby, keeping them going might become troublesome for the next months :( I'll keep you updated with further details once I know for sure what's going on.)

Anyway, back to the things that are certain. Like I hinted last year, making more than one Sunday comic in full color per month turned out to be a bigger struggle than I expected. So instead we decided to do special full color comic strips. Those are mostly older ideas from my sketchbook but one liners that can stand on their own. 

It's...a bit weird to see these in color, tbh. I mean, I colored Sunday comics. But the dailies are in a slightly different format and give a different vibe off when in color.

Little father daughter interaction. I mean, Gabby is always a treat although for a very short time I considered replacing her with Micha in this strip. But, since Micha is getting a lot of attention in some of the Current arcs, we stayed with the original cast.

I'm not too good with drawing teeth, I think. And...I don't like to look up references for teeth because...close up of teeth inside a human mouth really trigger me ^^" Especially when it's bad teeth or reference for dental work. Don't ask me why, but...stuff like this makes me really uncomfortable. So I kinda have to...improvise, I guess XD

But...the good thing on drawing bad teeth, in cases like this they still look  spooky (hey, at least Roy doesn't have any cavities, right? ;))
