Next Simptober, sorry for the delay ^^

This time Charlene as a mermaid. I wanted to add some BG this time, since I just had a CHarlene mermaid earlier this year and I wanted to avoid repetition. 

Not too happy how the water color turned out, tho. It was never my forte to begin with, but I still try using it here and there ^^

I tried to give Char more of a monster design this time, rather than putting her into a costume. I hope you like it :3
