Sam and Samantha WIP (Patreon)

well...here we go again XD

This was an arc that was actually build of readers request. Last year (I think) I revealed a couple Gender-Bender sketches in a Q&A episode over on Webtoon. Apparently a lot of the readers liked those and were asking for a Gender-Bender arc.

Well, here ya go XD

I thought the idea of a female counterpart for Sam was very charming. I mean, look how cute Samantha is X3

But my husband didn't enjoy writing or working on this arc at all. He felt it was too bizarre and we are riding an idea which had been done before way too often.

On top of that he felt Charlene is too nasty to Roy and he is too much of a push over towards her abuse. Well, I understand (although her behavior was kinda needed this way since she wouldn't be worried of Roy leaving if their relationship was all rosey. But still, I can't deny hubby having a point....)

Another audience point was....Roy's hair. Some readers liked Roy's long hair in one of the flashback arcs and asked if we could bring it back. Well...I think you know where this is going ;)
