Cranksgiving pt3 WIP (Patreon)

Finally some sane people....referring to gabby and Micha, of course ;)

Well, that Roy's family would enter the scene was kinda foreshadowed in the first strip of this arc. Originally we wanted to make a joke out of him hosting his Thanksgiving gathering but he ran out of space/didn't calculate his very own family in it. Well, we ran out of space of our very own so that joke was diluted down to just one line :)

You probably are aware about that but many artists tend to imitate the expressions they are drawing. I did that with Sam when I drew  his face in the last panel of strip1 and....boy, did my face hurt afterwards XD. But, this might be one of the best expressions I ever drew on him. So it was worth it :)

Roy's father's blabbermouth was an idea of my husband...which he actually forgot about it XD. Glad it didn't slip my memories as well because I think it's really hilarious and a nice link back to Micha's blabbermouth.

Roy's mom was fun to draw as well but....man, her hair got in the way of everything ....but than again, that avoided lotsa background details....Btw, she is in her early 50's and I hope I look half as good as she does when I reach her age .___."
