Ethically questionable, bordering medical science and experimentation, secret programs are funded by governments and coprorations. To create something more than a augmented human is an irresistible temptation. The rumors has it that all bioengineering programs is closely monitored by the authorities in full cooperation of corporations and governments. Any allegations of mistreatment are nothing more but slander that undermines the validity of the programs ...
