A lot of progress has been made on two upcoming rival's Befriend/Betray stealth mission environments. Both of these missions take place in an urban district of Buraza town, so the player is surrounded by streets and buildings...but, what exactly stops the player from simply walking out of the playing area? What structures form the actual borders or "boundaries" of the map?

The answer will be different for every street. Sometimes the road will be blocked by a big truck that is having engine trouble, but sometimes there will just be road construction barricades, like the ones featured above.

If you live in a western country, the above barricades won't look familiar to you at all. That's because they're modeled after Japanese road barricades, specifically. Research was done to make sure that when you see a road barricade in Yandere Simulator, you're seeing a barricade that you would actually see in real-life Japan, rather than some random generic Western barricade.

I know that it's not the most exciting or glamorous model to show off, but it does prove that progress is being made on the upcoming rivals, and that effort is being made to keep the game authentic to real-world Japan!

Hey, could you considering letting players set waypoints on the map. It would be a great addition for new players, especially when they wanna come back to something later. You should limit it to something like 5 though.

I usually decide whether or not it's "worth it" to add a new feature to the game depending on how many players are asking for it. I've heard this suggestion a few times now, so it genuinely might be worth considering. I'll think about it, but I won't promise it just yet.
