What does YandereDev do all day? (Patreon)

I've written a long blog post detailing many of the reasons why Osana progress reports are so far apart. I think that it's important to share this blog post directly with my patrons.

I don't think I mention this enough, so I'd like to take a moment to say: Thank you all very much for your support!

What does YandereDev do all day?

"Why isn't Osana done yet?" The short answer is, "Because I'm responsible for a lot of other things beside Osana, and sometimes I don't have time to work on Osana." The long answer would be to elaborate about all of the other aspects of this project that require my attention.

I do have to say I have been around the reddits and people claim that "YandereDev is wasting people's valuable money" by apparently "not working". Do know that I fully trust your work ethic, the blog post highlighted, even more, stuff you do that I wasn't aware of! These things take a lot of time and effort. I understand that. As long as the finished product is enjoyable, I don't care how long I have to wait. Just know that your game will most likely be the first project that I ever back on Kickstarter.

When YandereDev mentions " I don’t want to launch a crowdfunding campaign until I feel like the game meets my own personal standards for a game that I’d consider worthy of being funded" that totally struck a chord with me. I feel the exact same way with our game, and it's true quality should never be rushed. The right time will happen and I'll be there to back him on Kickstarter ^_^

You have no idea how much I want to be a patron, but I'm underage. I just wanted to say that you're doing an amazing job on this! I love all of the effects and the fact that it is less than 50% done but already this good is awesome! Keep up the good work, and I thank you and your assistant(s) for developing such a good game.

don't come here for petty partying. I've been on here far longer and never got a single patron. Have an active social media profile and keep people updated. Let them know you are serious. Release debug builds of your game. Do something OTHER THAN begging on someone else's page.

I have been homeless for 2 years when I was 14 because my family is poor. I did not own a computer until my college granted me one when I turned 19. I don't care how old you are, or how much money you do or don't have. A 12 year old is too young to operate a Patreon account, therefore you are illegally peddling for money. You didn't see that my original reply to you was sincere and that I gave you advice. I looked at your page and saw nothing of worth. If you need money in a pinch, perhaps try GoFundMe.org , because Patreon is an account to become a PATRON of someone, usually an artist of some sort, and you are expected to give something to that patron. It's not a charity website.
