Hey everyone,

We hope you're all doing well. We wanted to share something important with you all, and it's not an easy topic to discuss. We've been Rurouni Kenshin fans ever since it came out on Toonami in the early 2000's. However, we have recently been made aware of certain facts about the series' creator, Nobuhiro Watsuki, that have deeply concerned us.

In November 2017, Watsuki faced charges for possessing child pornography at his residence, and he admitted his guilt, resulting in a fine. Learning about this has been incredibly troubling for us, and it has caused us to reevaluate our stance as a fan of the series. While we still appreciate the story, characters, and themes in "Rurouni Kenshin," we find it increasingly difficult to continue supporting a series with such a problematic background.

After careful consideration, we've come to the difficult decision to stop watching "Rurouni Kenshin."

We feel it's essential to take a stand and send a message that we, as viewers, value responsible and ethical behavior from creators.

We don't wish to impose our views on anyone else, and we respect everyone's right to make their own choices about the media they consume. Each person's perspective is unique, and we understand that some may be able to separate the creator's actions from the series itself.

We'll be exploring other anime and shows that align better with our principles.

Let's continue supporting content that contributes to a better media landscape.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and we appreciate your understanding.
