why wont the cc work on sims 4 , I did everything , putting it in mods etc.

A lot of these CC downloads do not work with Sims4. Something to note.

one thing I noticed is that you have to take the files out the folder that start with 0x00 and add those to your tray folder, and you can't have it in a subfolder. See if that works.
