Artists wanted (Patreon)

As the title implies I'm looking for artists. My personal hunt for them yielded no result as they were all either too busy, too expensive or wouldn't be willing to draw what I wanted, which is NSFW and Shota mostly, but also some Futa and some F/F.

At this point I might as well ask you, my readers and Patrons, if you want to help me. Currently the budget I have available each month is what you see at the top of the page. That's $55 at the time of this post. That's right, I'm basically forfeiting my own profit to bring you morelewds. That should make me eligible for sainthood or something.

However, that's also how much I'm willing to spend ($55) for each piece until we hit the next Tier at which point I'm going to double the investment and then double it again for each subsequent level, to Tier 4 (1).

After 12 months I'll hold a new contest so if you want to stay in the biz you better improve along the way. I'm looking for people willing to commit to at least one piece each month in a steady collaboration for at least an year. That's 12 pieces for a minimum of $660, to be increased if your art brings in more Patrons. Consider it an investment into your own future.

To apply you must send me a lineart (NSFW/2 characters) from a scene of Gamer Night or The Fall and a full color work of your own choosing as a sample of what a complete art would look like(2).

If more than one person applies for the job, which I dearly hope, I'll let the Patrons vote who'll be the official artist. The subject of the voting will be the quality of the art and not the scene itself(3), so feel free to draw your favorite scene if you have any.  

The deadline to apply and send the samples is the 15th of November.

The voting will start on the 1st of December and end the 10th. Voting will be exclusive to Patrons, of course, but the samples and the results will be made visible to all.  

The winner will be expected to send the fully colored lineart by December the 28th, to be released to my Patrons on the 1st of January. 

Payment will be made upon delivery.

The winner will get the money, of course, and a good publicity for themselves. The only requirements for this job are commitment(4) and the willingness to postpone publishing the art elsewhere until I release it to non-Patrons a month later. If you are not willing to do this much, please don't bother applying.

Second and third ranker will get $20 each as consolation prize out of my own pocket and they'll be the first to be contacted for work once I can increase the budget and if the winner can't or won't take additional work.

In the event this call-to-arms goes completely unanswered or I'm just plain dissatisfied with the level of quality of the work I receive, I reserve the right not to proceed at all and I'll go back to looking by myself.

(1) I'm willing to invest up to $110 for a single piece (full color/max 3 characters/simple background). For $55 I'll ask for simpler stuff (full color/max 2 characters/no background). At the third tier I'll pay $220 for two pieces each month and so on and so forth. Each work will be discussed beforehand and an extra will be paid if I require something beyond the standard agreement. Of course I might ask for several $55 pieces instead if you agree. This is on a case-by-case basis.

(2) I'll obviously reverse google the shit out of whatever you'll send me, so as far as the original lineart goes, it better not turn up anywhere else otherwise you'll be automatically removed from the contest.

(3) Feel free to provide a link to your page/portfolio along with the full color samples and I'll publish it in the contest. Even if you don't win, you might get some additional traffic and job offers.

(4) All works will be agreed upon at worst by the 5th of the month and the final product will have to be delivered by the 25th. However, I plan to have several commissions determined in advance due to the new Patron voting system to be set up once the winner is selected.
