This movie is fabulous! I love Indiana Jones!! Harrison Ford was born to play this character! I absolutely love that in his college class it's like 95 percent girls. 😄 And that's when he's just a professor in a suit with a bowtie! Imagine if they could see him in full Indy action mode!! 😁 Oh, and just as an FYI, I think Marion was younger than Indy, and probably a bit naive when she knew him before. But when she says, "I was a child." She's definitely speaking in hyperbole, referring to the fact that she was probably a bit starry-eyed over him. But in no way do I think she was actually a child. 😬 That would really change this movie. Lol! You will likely be told this bit of trivia a lot, cause it's a really enjoyable bit of Indiana Jones behind the scenes lore. But since no one has told you yet, I will. In the scene where Indiana is up against that guy with the crazy sword, and Indy just pulls out a gun and shoots him? That scene was actually supposed to be a long, drawn out sword fight between them. But Harrison Ford was super sick that day, and he was like, "You know what? Indy would just shoot him." So that's what they went with. 😁 It's so perfect. Looking forward to more. I've enjoyed all of them (though I know others will disagree) but my favourites are Raiders and Last Crusade. (1&3) but the other ones are fun too, imo. ❤️ There are 5 all together. The newest one came out late last year. I haven't seen that one yet. Your reaction was great! 😊

Sadly this has been worked out dozens of times but marion was 15 or 16 while indy was 25 and most definitely a child.

Never saw this or any indiana jones movie, then the one I decided to watch in 2009 just happened to be considered the worse indiana jones movie of all time. I dont think I even finished it, so it put a damper on the entire franchise and I still havent watched anything :D So many now I will watch this and see what the hype was about, just like 40 years too late
