Hi Evie, I’ve been waiting for you to see this one and hear your thoughts because it is so different from the first two episodes. I don’t know if you caught it, but the name of the episode is the same as the song. And that song fit perfectly with Bill and Frank about loving someone for a long long time. I think it’s amazing that they were able to introduce two brand new characters and in just one episode we grow to care so much about them. I’ve seen this episode a few times now, but this is the first time I started to tear up at the strawberry scene and as soon as I realized I was tearing, you said that you were tearing up, so maybe I was reacting to you. I thought the letter was very telling when Bill said he found someone worth saving and protecting and he did. And that is the reason men like him and Joel are here because they have a job to do. I think that is why he decided to take Ellie with him to find Tommy, so he can protect her. Tess asked Joel to take her to Bill and Frank’s. They didn’t have a plan past that. Great reaction as always and can’t wait to watch you follow their adventure as they continue across the country.

I know, I was really bummed and was hoping to see more of them. I believe they are in the game more, but I don’t know if they die in the game. I think the show creators want to focus on Joel and Ellie and their relationship.
