[Weekly Development Update #11] (Patreon)

Hey guys, back with another dev update.

Let's start with the first thing. I've recently went into my backlog of models that I've created within the past year and a half or so, and thought I should bring this character to light. This is a model I have been working on for a long time, about the same amount of time I have worked on my Marnie model. I've never shown her to anyone, so this is a first look, ever.

New Model.

Her name is Gianna, and she has been in my folders for quite some time. I've done so much sculpting to this model you wouldn't even believe. When it comes to character models, especially MILFs, you gotta know how to sculpt. Mature women have many body and facial features that you need to express on the character model, and I personally feel I've gotten pretty good at it.

Anyway, I haven't used her yet because I've been kinda "meh" about her. Idk, maybe I'm just my own biggest critic. Like I don't feel like I sculpted her face exactly how I would have wanted and just kinda let it be. I've gone back many times and made multiple adjustments but, who knows. I wanted her face to look aged, and I didn't want her to be a supermodel in the face by any means, but I feel I did alittle too much in some areas in that regard. I am very proud however of how I sculpted her breasts as I wanted hers to be big, nice and round and alittle spread apart. Her butt is perfect, nice and full and thick AF. I had "thick MILF stripper" in mind while sculpting her. Which leads me to my next part.

I'm gonna add her in the game as a potential LI, screw it. Yes, she's a stripper, and she'll come to the party with Myles as he brought her with him. He brought her to the party for you (remember, Myles has a girlfriend and he's also getting married soon). However, there's a minor issue when he arrives that he'll tell you about that you need to fix or she'll just end up leaving (you won't ever see her again either). If you're playing the goody-2-shoes route, depending on what you've done by now, you won't be able to fix it. I'll just say, there's a reason I changed the mc from starting with $150 to $500 in v0.1.5. Strippers are expensive, especially to hire one for a party. $500 for her services sounds like a nice number, just as long as you didn't pay for an overpriced item recently. Just trying to help you guys from save scumming lol.

New Dialogue During Sex Scenes.

There will now be a new "button" to press during sex scenes. It'll look like a talk bubble labeled "Speak". Many people have asked for dialogue during sex scenes so this is my current implementation of it. After clicking the button, you'll be able to say different choices depending on how you're feeling (you personally). You can be vulgar with it or, or just casual sex talk. Be careful though. Being vulgar or casual will always be the options with any woman going forward, but each woman has different personalites. So if you meet someone for example and form a structured normal relationship, you guys have sex, you hit the "Speak" button and her call a -.....you get the picture. Might not end well. I'll be going back and adding this button to all the sex animations thus far too.

Other Models?

I have other models in my folders that haven't used, but I'm not trying to make every model in the game thicc either. I want variation, so everyone has plenty of choices to choose from depending on what your tastes are. I feel there's a good variety in the game now so I'm happy with that. However, I want to add different kinds of models in the game too, maybe ones not created by myself. So I was looking at this:

I've seen this model a few times over the past few months while looking for different Blender assets to buy, like furniture, clothes, etc. I was interested if you guys would want this model in the game. It's the only high-quality Blender model that I have seen that's up to my current standards. Everyone is doing great with supporting this project and I can purchase this model (and make my own adjustments) if you guys want her. It's pretty damn good so you might want to take a look. Just say the word and I'll purchase her and get to work. It's a younger model, but she'll be great for a variety and I could animate my ass off. Her rig (what you use to control character models) looks decent too. Anyway, just let me know. I'm always looking to put as much as I can into Godson and the support from here on Patreon allows me to do things like this. Let me know in the comments if you'd like me to purchase her.

New Update Next Month?

Yup, I'm trying to drop a new update at the end of next month. This will be a smaller one, titled Godson Remake v0.1.8. It adds the talk button to all sex scenes, expands on the GOLD Marnie scene, and adds totally new content to it, adds an interaction with Janice and the MC, a phone conversation with Myles (an important one), and another interaction with Lorraine + a sex scene with her. The overall plot of the game will be revealed in this version, but you can avoid the early spoiler if you choose to not speak to Janice. Remember, Janice doesn't like Lorraine at all, so if she finds out that Lorraine is keeping information from you that Janice knows about, she might just flat-out tell you.

This smaller update helps as it keeps things fresh as I work on v0.2, and I recently felt I should add a bit more to the day-time scenes before night comes and the party starts. v0.2 and v0.2.5 is all about the party.

Anyways, that's all I have for this weeks development update. v0.1.8 will have a GOLD version like every version will have. Again, this gold version adds the extra content with Marnie for the gold sex scene from v0.1.5 (choosing to continue banging her instead of getting the pizza). This extra content is pretty important for anyone playing their cannon save as a sex addict, and you'll be able to make Marnie someone more important to you early on than those playing a more casual path will. Doing this will have some unique and different dialog/scenes at the party. Thank you all for supporting this fantastic project and I will continue to work hard for everyone and make this the best possible AVN it can be. I'm working through Christmas as I did for Thanksgiving so I can continue to do all that I can for this project that I love. And don't worry, I'm good to go I love doing 3D so I'm always good lol.
