[Weekly Development Update #9] (Patreon)

Last dev update before the release of v0.1.5!

I been hard at work finishing up everything for this next version release. I'd say I am working at a great pace at the moment and am on track to get this released next week.

I sent my Marnie animations off to my sound guy on Monday, and he promised me he would have the animations done by Sunday. So here's hoping he'll finish adding sound to them in the next 2 days.

I had an idea recently about adding some narration to Godson. I been feeling like certain parts could use a bit so there's more context into what's happening. The best example to explain what I mean by narration is to think of Baldur's Gate 3. How the narrator speaks on how the mc is feeling or things you should be aware of. If anything, I would make this an option that you can turn on or off, but I was just thinking it may be a good idea. Anyway, it's just a thought - we can talk about it later down the line if more people are interested.

The animation above is just one of Lorraine's bathroom animations. As I stated before in the last update, her animations have changed to what I was going to do previously. Once I got to this part as I was writing, it didn't quite make sense and seemed a little too fast, even if you are going the crazed sex addict route. The animations/choices I have now is perfect and feels more authentic.

The next post after this one will be all the new Marnie animations with sound + VA available for download for Tier 2's and above (hopefully Monday). The next post after that will be the release of v0.1.5 (sometime next week). After a week goes by, I'll release the Non-GOLD version for all Tier 1's. The gold version for now is just an extra sex animation for Marnie. However, with each release, there will always be a GOLD version. So v0.2 will have a GOLD version, v0.2.5, and so on. So eventually, by say v0.6, the GOLD version will have quite a bit of extra content that is not in the regular version. So if you want to play the game a week early and view the extra content, make sure to upgrade to Tier 2.

I don't have too much of an update in this post, besides that I'm working extra hard to get this out by next week. To anyone waiting for me to finish their commissions this month, I'll have them all done by the 27th. Sorry about the delay, but I'm sure you can understand given I'm trying to release the next version by next week.
