Here are some early screenshots of Godson [Remake].

The story of Godson is going to change. It obviously never made any sense for an "Angel" to be doing perverted things. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, sorry. Instead, the mc is not "dead" and is very much in his own body.

The intro of the game will be available to play sometime next month for Tier 3 patrons only. The full v0.1 will be available in early October. I just want some time to add a good chunk of content and some animations.

If you played Vaporwave 2059 (I coded it and modeled the characters), you know that the game is all choices. It'll be the same thing here. MC doesn't speak for you. Every spoken word from the mc is a choice. That's how I coded that game, and that's how I will code this game. It's not a "game" if the mc just speaks for you the entire time and the only choices you get are choices like "Agree" or "Disagree". My favorite game of all time is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, so it is reminiscent of that deeply. And yes I'm extremely excited for that remake.

Because this game will be all choices, I'm not holding back when it comes to lewd scenes. It's all a choice. So there will be no "aw man! why am I seeing tits within the first 5 minutes of the game!". Well, you choose it. She asked you if you wanted to shower with her and you said yes, instead of no thanks, that's not my fault. I got tired of those idiotic comments so to prevent that I just made everything a choice. You can literally play this entire game without seeing any lewd scenes at all. It was really rediculous back when I released Godson originally. Some people like seeing tits within the first 5 minutes, while others complained. With choices, so no way to complain about it.  If you see the last image above, you can see the mc has his hands off of her; there's a choice there. You can hug her back, don't hug her back, or lift up her skirt. That's how this game will work. The dialogue and even the scenes change depending on what you choose.

When you start the game, you make your first name and your last name. However, you can have people call you a nickname. So if you make your first name Chris and last name Johnson, you can have people (if you want) call you C.J.

There's NO FREEROAM. I get it, Godson had the dumbest free roam on Earth. I like free-roam though, but everyone else hates it. So I just won't add it. Vaporwave has this thing I thought of called an "Idle Screen" where you just see the mc in his apartment in a standing animation and you can click on buttons like "Watch TV" (an animation plays), "Take A Shower" (an animation plays), stuff like that. There's nothing wrong with that, and it's a good replacement for freeroam since it's just 1 screen, but it takes too long to code. Even though I'm using the same code, I don't feel like adding all those variables and I think people would prefer just nothing like that at all.

At certain points of the game, you can access your phone. Same exact phone system from Vaporwave, obviously I'm going to change it up though. I found the original code here https://nighten.itch.io/yet-another-phone-renpy and decided to see what I could do with it, and I think I did a good job in Vaporwave. Remember, all choices, even while texting.
