[Weekly Development Update #34] (Patreon)

Dev update!

New Animator!

First things first! Thanks to everyone's Patreon support, I've officially hired an animator for Godson! (His name is @KC3D in Discord). This means I will no longer be making ANY of the animations for the game (thank god). Doing animations was such a huge headache for me as I'm not the best at it. I can do some decent things, as you guys have seen so far, but I'm not great at it at all. So, I'm thrilled that I was able to put that work onto someone else. I screened him carefully just to make sure that he has the skillset I require, and I can assure you, this guy is really good. So expect some fantastic, 30 FPS+ animations from now on. He has huge knowledge in Blender animation and can do a shit ton of things that would take me years to figure out. My specialty is 3D Character Design, Images, stuff like that. I'm terrible in animation and simulation. Anyway, just expect some superior animations from here.

I'm hard at work on the next game version. Since I only have to worry about renders from this point and NOT animation, I can just freely coast through these scenes without having to worry about taking time to do animation. So I'm full speed ahead right now. Again, thank you everyone for the support. Eventually as we continue and with everyone's support, I'll be able to bring on another animator (I'd like to have 2 atleast).

Next Game Update

The scene above is the first part of the next game update. It involves Sun, His Father, and Nina (Sun's Stepmother). Either way you go in the story, you always will meet Nina as she's very important. So if you go to work with Marnie, or you stay for the party, either way you will meet each other. I'm actually very happy with how I designed Nina. She looks very realistic and has a great thicc body (IMO).

Anyway, after this scene, it'll switch to the restaurant. I have 4 sex animations (with Marnie) planned for the restaurant and I also wanted to do a Blowjob scene with Nina (this will all make sense in the story of why this happens). Remember that Marnie is the only "quick fuck" of the game (meaning easily have sex with). Yes, you had sex with Lorraine, but that was more of a one-off special occasion and you'll have to really explore her content if you want to bang her again.

There will be a few sex scenes at the party, but it'll be mostly one-night stands. For example, you have a chance to have sex with Bianca at the party, but she may see it as a mistake (cheating on her husband). Hard to really explain right now until I really dive deep into the party, but I'm sure you get the picture.

There's a whole other element to Godson that hasn't been explored or shown yet, but it'll happen after the party, or after you finish working with Marnie at the restaurant. Just so you know, Godson will be a pretty long game, I'd say at least 30-40 hours of content, so there's a lot of work to do. I also, eventually, would like this game to be fully voiced acted (an option you can turn on or off).

That's all I have for this update. I'm hard at work, and our new animator is also hard at work making some fantastic lewd animations. Amazing content coming for everyone to enjoy, just have to be patient as greatness takes time. Thank you everyone for the continued support, and look forward to what's coming!
