I am Cameron S, a member of the Board of Directors representing the interests of the Surfshark VPN and Incogni Networks. We are very displeased with your continued insubordination regarding going over your contracted hours(/minutes) to book Monday Night Raw. It was made in legal agreement in your contract that you would not repeat this costly mistake, and yet this time you did, even after booking a flawed, but valid show, which delays my payments to the photographer of my Avatar. It is because of this especially, that we of the Board agree with Mr. Quinnell that sterner penalties should be enforced. Therefore, we have decided on the following recommended punishment: -Raw GM Luke Owen will receive a 90 second penalty on his booking period without pay. In addition, he is prohibited from attempting to reach his Commissioner goals next week. This is our final decision. -Cameron S -Surfshark/Incogni Networks Board Member.

I do think Luke did gain something even if Nakamura & Slapjack were both heels. As, Brock was able to turn face. Although, to answer your question Luke of when Nakamura was heel. Shinsuke was heel from the feud with AJ all the way to January 2021. However, it's still weird that Nakamura is a heel by default in MyGM as, KING Nakamura was never heel.

I want to say yes, but I also remember King Nak with Rick Boogs (miss that guy), so he must've had a face turn at some point... (in all honesty, I stopped watching during the pandemic, so I don't really know.)

Demon Finn Balor was never a heel, and he's a heel in Luke's booking. Also, Dakota Kai has been both face and heel so I think there's a bit of randomness in this, so that's why King Naks is a heel
