LUKE: Hello Pledgehammers! Here are the options for this month's WrestleTalk Extra!

WCW Bash at the Beach 1996 (suggested by Marcus A Campbell)

Not sure if anything big happened at this show. The Outsiders of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash take on Team WCW of Randy Savage, Lex Luger and Sting - but who is the third man? There is other stuff on the show, but really its all about the birth of the New World Order.

WWF Fully Loaded 2000 (suggested by Rob James)

Steve Austin is on the poster, but he's not on the show. Instead, The Rock defends his WWF Championship against Chris Benoit with Shane McMahon in his corner. Elsewhere, Triple H has probably the best Last Man Standing match of his career against Chris Jericho,  The Undertaker takes on Kurt angle and more.

WWE Great American Bash 2008 (suggested by Akawashi)

Triple H defends the WWE Championship against Edge in the main event, while CM Punk looks to retain his World Heavyweight Championship against Batista. Also, John Cena takes on JBL in a New York Parking Lot Brawl.

WWE Money in the Bank 2012 (suggested by Justin Edelheit)

We have two Money in the Bank ladder matches! The World Heavyweight Championship contract is up for grabs with Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, Santino Marrella, Sin Cara, Tensai and Tyson Kidd (can't imagine why people thought the WHC was a midcard belt), and the WWE Championship contract match sees John Cena, Big Show, Chris Jericho, Kane and THE MIZ. Spoilers: Cena wins lol.

WWE Money in the Bank 2013 (suggested by Garrett Albright)

The WHC ladder match sees Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, Cody Rhodes, Dean Ambrose, Fandango, Jack Swagger and Wade Barrett, while the WWE Championship one sees Randy Orton, Christian, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Rob Van Dam and Sheamus. Also, John Cena takes on Mark Henry in a Salmon Suit Match.

WWE Battleground 2016 (suggested by Dan-0)

It's that time they did the Shield Triple Threat (that really should have main evented WrestleMania) as Dean Ambrose defends the WWE Championship against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, while John Cena joins Enzo & Big Cass take on The Club of AJ Styles and the Good Brothers. Also, Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens!

The Zack Delusion

If there is a show from 2000, always count me in

Callum Lucas

These are all great suggestions! 2000 is one of my favourite WWF years so it has to be Fully Loaded for me!

Anonymous

Just to sweeten the deal, Fully Loaded has the best top of the cage dive by Rikishi!

Andrew Baylis

Surely Battleground 2016 should be disqualified as WT reviewed it at the time? Either way I'd rather hear a review of Bash at the Beach or Fully Loaded.

Sam Sweeney

Great American Bash 2008 would be interesting as it was the final TV 14 PPV.

GoldenRK9

Bash at the Beach 1996 is not gonna be nearly as interesting as people are thinking.

Andrew Baylis

Fair enough. I must have misremembered. I was sure you guys reviewed the shield triple threat at the time but it must have been Oli on his own. I started watching WT around that time and so should have known better.

Graff

Won't lie I want Battleground 2016 to win just because Adam suggested a while back, and it's a pretty good show not even gonna lie. Bash at the Beach 1996 really only has one thing worth talking about.

Brian Fogarty

Probably not - but it was an iconic moment in the industry and we rarely get reviews by the boys from this era so I'd like it just for a change

KiddGaskin98

Surprise that nobody suggested a TNA, NJPW or ECW show

Michael Rivera Morales

True and all the people saying stuff really there nothing talking about the show apart from Roman wellness policy stuff and Mox stuff everything else it is literally meh.And sure people say the only thing worth talking is the NWO stuff but that is one the biggest things in wrestling history so it is of course worth talking
